Скачал демо версию с сайта не могу разобраться уже 2 дня..
Задача проста как говориться. сервак с УТМ на неём ядро колектор и база ..
Хочется авторизовать чуваков по ПППоЕ чтобы им выдавался ИП итп... Не могу понять как это сделать, какие пакеты ставить в мануале неаписано, но очень много и запутанно... Приходиться прыгать из раздела в раздел ... Толи эти пакеты в дистре УТМ даются толи их нада из своего дистра ставить .. Кто нибудь мне подскажет порядок действий при такой схеме включения.. ?
Заранее спасибо операционка Debian Sarge ... Помогите новечку.. Биллинг очень нада ...

Желательно описать, что уже получилось сделать. В частности - запустилось ли ядро и подключается ли интерфейс администратора ?
Если нет, то желательно увидеть логи ядра (из папки /netup/utm5/log/) в момент запуска.

Интерфейс администратора запускается и успешно !!! Работает !

пытаюсь запустить RADIUS

Перешлите вываод команды:
ldd /netup/utm5/bin/utm5_radius

так же попробуйте прописать в конфиге кadius5.cfg строку:
radius_ssl_type=none
и запустите радиус. запускается ? (в процессах висит ?) В логах радиуса какая информация ?

Кстати в пргоцессах он висит как
22614 pts/6 S 0:00 /bin/sh /netup/utm5/bin/safe_utm5_radius start
мож я его запускаю как нитак.. Запускаю комендой /etc/rc.d/init.d/utm_radius start

Я так понимаю что смотря в это (libcom_err.so.3 => not found) можно понять что библтиотеки libcom_err.so.3 просто нет а где её взять тогда ?

судя по всему всё ок. Пробуйте авторизоваться и так далее. Если что-то не получится - пишите.
