Передать RADIUS-атрибуты пользователю, отличные от ТП

Добрый день!

Есть пользователь, подключенный по определенному тарифному плану, в котором заданы атрибуты RADIUS с шейпером скорости. Требуется этому пользователю преоставить бОльшую скорость, чем в ТП.
В свойствах пользователя тоже можно задать RADIUS-атрибуты, но они даже не передаются на NAS, передаются только те, что забиты в ТП.
