Не стартует utm5_core

Добрый день. Хочю опробывать биллинг. установил последнюю версию. Не запускается utm5_core. os WM2003. В чем может быть проблема?

в том что оно не стартует

телепатическими способностями пока вроде никто не владеет, хоть логи чтоли выложите или конкретнее что пишется пристарте....и т.д.

запустил я сервис. оказывается нада было лицензию залить в базу. тепер как законектица на админку. какой логин и пасс и сервер с портом?
