Обновился до версии 5.3-003.
При запуске появляется ошибка:
Couldn't establish a valid SSL session.
Нашел описание данной проблемы

Скачал windows_script.zip
При запуске Use_SSLv3.bat ошибка:
Couldn't establish a valid SSL session
Удалял значение SSLv3 из свойства jdk.tls.disabledAlgorithms не помогло, аналогичная ошибка.
