Настраиваю услугу телефонии, привязываю ее к клиенту.
Аккаунтинг по телефонным звонкам валится с циски 3660. Смотрю отчет по телефонии - пусто. Оказывается, что все звонки можно посмотреть в отчете по диалап. Причем учета времени как и направлений не происходит. В логах на любой телефонный номер пишет
direction id <0> zone id <0>
В чем может быть проблема? В настройке циски или в радиусе
