После перезагрузки сервера клиенты не могут установить pptp

После перезагрузки сервера клиенты не могут установить pptp соединение. На клиенте (Windows) Ошибка 691 - Доступ запрещен поскольку такие имя пользователя или пароль не доступны в этом домене. На сервере (CentOS 5.2) radius.log

Открываем Редактирование пользователя -> выбираем услуги жмем редактировать -> выбираем IP-Группы жмем редактировать ни чего не изменяя жмем Ok. После этих действий клиент нормально подключается до следующей перезагрузки сервера.

Сложилось впечатление что UTM забыл то что у клиента существуют сетевые реквизиты IP-группы.

Кто сталкивался с такой проблемой, как лечили?

значение должен иметь?

Пользователи начинают конектиться ровно через 3мин. после запуска ядра UTM и радиуса.
С чем это связано?

с тем, что ядро начинает понимать, что сессии оборваны, можно снова выдавать реквизиты радиусу.
